Claude’s memory

It is true that we know quite a lot about bread in France and I love my country’s breads, but I have to admit that Iranians aren’t short on talent either when it comes to that.

I particularly appreciated it when I went to this restaurant in Shiraz. Along with the kebab, the cooks were baking the bread themselves. It was fresh out of the oven and delicious.
